Candi Rowen is a state certified mediator and licensed mental health professional.

Additionally she is a trained collaborative divorce facilitator and an arbitrator for FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). She maintains a private practice throughout the Tampa Bay area. Candi is a member of the American Counseling Association, Next Generation Divorce and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She had been on contract with the American Arbitration Association mediating disputes as a result of Superstorm Sandy. For the past 20 years Candi has been assisting in mediation instruction through the University of South Florida Collaborative Mediation Institute and shall continue in this role through MyFloridaMediator.com. Candi endeavors to brings her experience, dedication, warmth and enthusiasm into every sphere of her life.

Candi has successfully accomplished 25 years as a family, circuit and county mediator facilitating over 16,000 pre and post-judgment mediations. She has worked to establish mediation as a viable source to encourage it’s use to resolve multiple types of conflict. Candi has long been recognized throughout the court system and legal community in the 3 counties of Tampa Bay for her expertise to help resolve disputes in the areas of business, real estate and family law. Candi has developed a reputation as a talented facilitator who is able to help parties resolve problems at every level, including complex, multi-faceted issues.
